As some of our teachers and friends were tested covid positive, our classes were made to online mode from today onwards.  Today's class started at 9 am. The first class was handled by an M.Ed intern from Thycadu. The class was about 'INTELLIGENCE TESTS' and 'WECHSLER SCALE'.  Then our optional class started at 10.15 am with a beautiful thought for the day about the story of Bill Gates,  'നല്ല ഹൃദയം ആണ് ഒരുവനെ വലിയവനകാക്കുന്നതു. ഉള്ളതു പങ്ക് വക്കുക ' Then we had a Reading and Reflection presentation on the book 'IKIGAI' .   Last hour we had Philosophy class about Dr.S. Radhakrishnan - about his life and his views on education. 

  First Assembly 2022 Today, the first assembly of 2022 was conducted by Natural Science optional. The assembly started with the College Anthem followed by prayer song, pledge, news, MTTC news, importance of the week and the day, thought for the day. Natural Science association 2021-23 , HORUS was inaugurated by Gibi teacher. They also donated books to the library. The assembly ended with the National Anthem.  NATIONAL YOUTH DAY National Youth Day , also known as  Vivekananda Jayanti , is celebrated on 12 January, being the birthday of  Swami Vivekananda . In 1984 the Government of India declared this day as National Youth Day and since 1985 the event is celebrated in India every year. Today's classes was handled by the M.Ed interns from Thycadu.  Today our day started with an inspiring thought presented by Aparna - 'Don't give up on your failures. Failures are the stepping stones to success'. Then Sister Jisha gave a presentation on the topic 'GROWTH OF MATHEMATICS'. Sona taught us about the 'STRUCTURE OF MATHEMATICS'.  Today we got an excellent orientation class on Art and Aesthetic by Reju Sir. The class made us aware on the what is acting and helped us to identify the actors hiding in each one of us.  In the afternoon session, we had class by M.Ed interns from Thycadu. We studied about ' SPEARMAN'S TWO-FACTOR THEORY' and 'CHILD CENTERED EDUCATION'. 

  YOGA- The key to flexibility The day started with yoga class. Stephen Sir gave us more information about foot reflexology.  Then we had classes by interns from Department of Education, Thycadu. First we had a lecture on 'COMPUTER ASSISTED INSTRUCTIONS'.  Then we had optional class, started with thought for the day presented by myself followed by Reading and Reflection and assignment presentation about 'Growth of Mathematics'.  Afternoon session, we had classes on INTELLIGENCE, EDUCATION- FORMAL, INFORMAL, NON-FORMAL, EDUCATION AND DEMOCRACY by   M. Ed interns.

 Today first hour we had Maya Ma'am's class. We discussed about the qualities and competencies required for a teacher.  Teachers should be leaders as well as managers.  Teachers should be approachable.  Teachers should build a rapport with students.   M.Ed Interns from Department of Education, Thycadu Next hour we had Gibi Ma'am's class on ' SCOPE OF EDUCATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY'.  Then we had thought for the day presentation, reading and reflection and assignment presentation at the optional class.  Last hour Ancy Ma'am taught us about the ' STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT'. 

  NEW YEAR, NEW HOPES AND NEW BEGINNINGS Whatever the new year brings, be confident and determined to achieve your goals. Cheers to health, happiness and prosperity in 2022!!  HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL....  Today our day started with a good thought for the day 'UNITY IS STRENGTH'. After that we had our reading and reflection and assignment presentation. Joju sir also gave us an inspiring new year message. We also exchanged our Christmas friend gifts today.   Watering plants in our college There is no better feeling than to watch your plants grow and produce food for you. 

  Christmas is the season of joy, peace and happiness. It is the special season set aside to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ.  Today our college celebrated Christmas, conducted by our college union. The official function began at 11 am. Fr. Jolly Karimbil, the chief guest, gave us the Christmas message. Fr. Thomas Kayyalackal and . Benedict Sir also gave us Christmas message followed by cake cutting and carol song by college band.  After 1.30 we have cultural programs by various optionals.We enjoyed a lot and the celebration ended by a dance with our teachers.
