It's_me _Anju

  Today the first hour was handled by Maya ma'am.We were learning about Dravidian Culture in the last classes. In today's class we discussed about Salai ( for higher education). Also at the end of the class we discussed about the importance of sex education in our curriculum and in schools. Next hour we had yoga class. We learnt some steps of Sooryanamaskaram. Last hour was handled by Ancy ma'am. We learnt about 

  Today the first hour was optional. Deepthi ma'am gave instructions regarding micro teaching lesson plan and divided us into groups for the discussion of skills. We also engaged in writing content analysis. In the afternoon, an M.Ed trainee from Department of Education came as part of her project and we filled a questionnaire based on reading habit. After the lunch break we had Joju sir's class.We learnt about the purpose and functions of educational evaluation.

  Today the first hour was handled by Ancy ma'am. We learnt about Slow Learners . After the class we also discussed about the Psychology Exhibition we are planning to conduct in our college in association with psychology club. Next session was handled by George sir. We learnt about how to mark a non standard track and also how to mark stagger. In the afternoon session we had optional class. We engaged in writing content analysis and also discussed about the Psychology Exhibition and divided groups for the same.

Yoga always keeps our body healthy. Today's class began with a Yoga Session by Stephen sir. We learnt different yogasanaas - bhujangasana, naukasana, sooryanamaskar etc. The next session was handled by Joju Sir. We learnt about Measurement and Evaluation, concept and purpose of evaluation. In the afternoon session we had Physical Education class. We learnt about Non Standard Track and how to draw it. At the end of the day, we also had a Live Cooking Demonstration Class conducted by Maggi in association with our college. They demonstrated two recipes with Maggi.

Today, the day started with assembly by the English optional. Assembly started with a beautiful prayer song followed by college anthem, pledge, thought for the day, news and then Principal's message. Also, the English Association Aliferous contributed books to our college library. Assembly ended by 9.30 am and we all went to our respective classes. After the assembly we had optional class. Deepthi ma'am divided the seminar topics for us and then we engaged in writing content analysis and also we discussed about our assembly which is supposed to be happening in the coming week. In between an M.Ed trainee from Department of Education came as part of her project work and we filled a questionnaire based on sex education. In the afternoon session we had Maya ma'am's class. We discussed about Dravidian Culture.  

Today, the first hour was handled by Maya ma'am. We discussed about Dravidian Culture and Education. In the end of the class ma'am collected our feedback about her teaching and also made us to write the changes the very first sem of B.Ed life had brought in us. Next hour George sir taught us how to draw a Standard Track. After the lunch break we had Ancy ma'am's class. We learnt about individual differences, exceptional children and gifted children.

  The very first day of our second semester began today... With prayer we started today's class. In the first hour we had optional class . Deepthi ma'am gave us an overview of the works to be done in the second semester in both optional papers and we also selected two skills to be practised in the microteaching session. Next hour was handled by Maya ma'am. Ma'am gave us some refreshment activities to keep us active in the beginning. Then slowly we began the first unit of EDU 06 and we discussed about Mohanjodaro civilization. After the lunch break we had Ancy ma'am's class. Sonia, an M.Ed trainee from New B.Ed college, Nellimoodu came as part of her project work and we filled the questionnaire for her survey. Next hour was handled by Joju sir. We discussed about Assessment. In the last hour we had Physical Education class. George sir gave us a idea about the syllabus and the works to be done in the second semester.
