New month, New Start, New focus

 Welcoming February.. 

The day began with Maya ma'am's class. She played a melodious song about nature and also said today's theme is NATURE.  Then we learnt about NATURALISM. 

            'Nature is the ultimate reality.'



The next hour was handled by Gibi ma'am, started with a nice prayer song as usual. In this hour we came to know more about Sigmund Freud's Psychoanalysis Theory. 


Last hour, Joju sir made us aware of the impact of multimedia content in classrooms by playing a video and also discussed about Activity Aids and Edgar Dale's Cone of Experience.

  SCHOOL INTERNSHIP DAY 40 Last day of internship... As usual, I reached the school by 8.30 am and then signed the attendance register at HM's office. After that I had morning duty in front of LP section. Today, the last day in school. I had my last class at 8E1 in the second hour. Students gave me their feedbacks, sang songs for me, gave me a farewell from the bottom of their heart. At 11. 00 am we had a meeting with HM and principal. All of us shared our feedbacks and contributed books to the school library. In the 4th hour, I had substitution at 5N. I engaged the students by reading newspaper and some of them engaged in decorating the classroom for Onam celebration.    At 12.20 pm I went for food distribution duty. Then we had lunch.  In the sixth hour, I had class at 8E1 . There was a painting competition for the students that time. SCHOOL INTERNSHIP PHASE 2- DAY 1

 Today was the first day of my school internship phase 2. We collected the timetable from the school on june 7, 2023. The class alloted to me was 8 E1. It is a girls class and there were 32 students in the class. My concerned teacher is Suja Mathai teacher. On the first day, all of us reached the school by 8:45 am. A total of 29 student teachers were alloted to our school, St. Mary's HSS Pattom. Our team leader was Riya J Johnson (Physical Science ) and myself was the assistant leader. On this day, I stepped into the school with lots of expectations and excitement for being the math teacher for 8E1 for the coming two months. At 9 am, Riya and I met the Headmaster Rani ma'am and principal Fr. Nelson, submitted the attendance register and all of us signed it. The day started with morning prayer at 9.25 am. Visit to Dr. Guru Gopinath Natanagramam

The Guru Gopinath Natanagramam is a cultural institution functioning under the Department of Culture, Government of Kerala. The centre, named after the late Dr. Guru Gopinath, a pioneer reformer of Kathakali dance, was established in Vattiyoorkavu, a suburb of capital city Thiruvananthapuram. The Guru Gopinath Natanagramam has been established as a centre for learning, training and research in various Indian Dance forms, particularly Kerala Natanam, the dance form composed by the maestro Guru Gopinath. The institution carries on the attempts initiated by the Guru to popularise the dance forms of Kerala and to find fresh talents. On this day of our first trip together, all of us reached the college by 9 am. We reached our destination by 11 am. We were divided into two batches.
